- Deputy Manager (Accounts): Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant

- Assistant Manager (Personnel): PG in Personnel Management or MBA in HR
- Deputy Manager (Personnel): PG in Personnel Management or MBA in HR
- Assistant Manager (Security): Graduate (Security-related diploma preferred)
- Deputy Manager (Security): Graduate (Security–related diploma preferred)
- Assistant Manager (CSR): Graduate, preferably with a PG in CSR
- Assistant Superintendent (Electrical): Bachelor’s in electrical engineering
- Assistant Superintendent (Mines): Bachelor’s in mining engineering + Mines Manager Certificate
- Assistant Superintendent (Civil): Bachelor’s in civil engineering
- Deputy Manager (Medical Services): MBBS or BDS
- Supervisor (Chemical): Bachelor’s in chemical engineering
- Foreman (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Foreman (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Supervisor (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering

- For Trade Apprenticeship Training, selection is based on Merit Basis, where candidates are chosen based on their marks or percentage in the required qualification.¹
- For Supervisors and Other Posts, the selection process consists of three stages:
- Written Test: An objective-type test covering domain knowledge and general aptitude.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview to assess their suitability for the role.
- Document Verification: Selected candidates must present original documents for verification before the final appointment.
