Educational Qualification
For the post of Court Master (Shorthand):
- A Degree in Law from a recognized University in India.
- Proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 120 w.p.m.
- Knowledge of Computer Operation with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
Experience:-
- Minimum 5 years regular service in the cadre of Private Secretary/Senior PA/PA/ Senior Stenographer in Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Statutory bodies.
For the post of Senior Personal Assistant: –
- Degree from a recognized University.
- Proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 110 w.p.m.
- Knowledge of Computer Operation with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
For the post of Personal Assistant: –
- Degree of a recognized University.
- Proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 100 w.p.m.
- Knowledge of Computer Operation with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
- Written Test: The written test will consist of 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions, divided into three sections: General English, General Aptitude, and General Knowledge. The test will be conducted for a total of 100 marks, with a duration of 1 hour 45 minutes. Candidates need to secure a minimum of 50 marks (45 marks for reserved categories) to qualify
- Typing Test: Candidates will be required to take a typing test on a computer, with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute. The test will be conducted for a total of 10 marks, with a duration of 10 minutes.
- Shorthand Test: Candidates will be required to take a shorthand test in English, with a minimum speed of 110 words per minute. The test will be conducted for a total of 10 marks, with a duration of 7 minutes.
- Interview: Candidates who qualify in the written test, typing test, and shorthand test will be called for an interview. The interview will be conducted for a total of 10 marks.
