Education Qualification

• 10+2 pass or equivalent from a recognized board/institution
• Computer proficiency: “O” level or equivalent.

Language Proficiency

• Ability to read, write, and speak Odia language.

Residential Criteria

• Candidate should be a resident of Kandhamal District, Odisha

Other Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate should be physically fit and mentally sound

Kandhamal GRS Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

1. Written Examination: A multiple-choice question (MCQ) based written examination will be conducted to test the candidate’s knowledge in various subjects.
2. Computer Proficiency Test: Candidates who clear the written examination will be called for a computer proficiency test to assess their basic computer knowledge.
3. Viva Voce: Candidates who clear the computer proficiency test will be called for a viva voce (oral interview) to assess their communication skills, personality, and knowledge.
4. Document Verification: Candidates who clear the viva voce will be called for document verification to verify their educational certificates, age proof, residence proof, and other documents.
5. Medical Fitness Certificate: Finally, selected candidates will be required to produce a medical fitness certificate from a government hospital.

Weightage:

• Written Examination: 70 marks
• Computer Proficiency Test: 20 marks
• Viva Voce: 10 marks.

Merit List:

• A merit list will be prepared based on the marks secured by the candidates in the written examination, computer proficiency test, and viva voce.
• The final selection will be made based on the merit list.
