Jogana Sahayaka Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate should be a permanent resident of the concerned G.P.
- The minimum qualification to apply for the Post of Jogana Sahayak is 10th pass.
- The weightage for career marking of 10th pass/+2 pass/+3 pass will be considered.
Jogana Sahayaka Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
- The selection will be based on the career marking with weightage for matriculation being 30%, for +2 being 30% & for +3 being 40%.
- A committee under the chairmanship of B.D.O with Inspector of Supplies as convener and concerned Sarpanch of the G.P. as members will do the selection and provide the panel of 3 names to the Collector/Sub-collector (As decided by the Collector) for approval.
- Upon approval by the appropriate authority, the Panel names will be provided to the concerned G.P.
- for engagement of the 1st person (Scoring highest marks) as “Jogana Sahayak”. In case the 1st person do not join the post of J.S. within the prescribed period provided by the G.P., the person stood at 2nd place shall be asked to join the post of J.S. and if he does not join the post then the person at the 3rd position of the panel of three candidates will be asked to join.
- If all the three candidates decline or fail to join the post of J.S., fresh notification will be made on receipt of information from the concerned G.P.

Salary
- The post is on a contractual basis and the amount of honorarium shall be Rs.8000/- per month which should not exceed 80% of the Retailer’s margin of the G.P.
